Casa Hogar is very pleased to announce the signing of a new agreement with the State level social services authorities permitting our home to continue to receive girls, boys and teenagers from all five municipalities of Baja California Sur. Casa Hogar President, Mike Pearce and Operations Director, Omar Venegas signed the agreement along with the Governor’s wife and head of SEDIF, Gabriela Velazquez. The first lady has committed to make Casa Hogar the first option for placement of children and teens six to eighteen years of age. Casa Hogar was also awarded State level certification, the first of BCS. We continue to work towards becoming the first federally certified Social Assistance Center in all of Mexico. Currently, Casa Hogar de Cabo San Lucas is one of 39 centers throughout Mexico, participating in the certification process.

Hi, would it be possible for an American couple living in Baja to foster children from Casa Hogar? Thank you, Sara
